Grip & Performance
Do the grips really stop slipping?Yes — our silicone traction pods are engineered for strong grip on reformer machines, mats and studio floors. Grip is strongest when the silicone is clean. How long does the grip last?
With proper care (washing inside out and air drying), the silicone grip stays effective for many months of regular use.
Care & Washing
How do I wash my socks?Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Air dry — avoid the dryer, bleach and ironing. See How to Use & Care.
